Professional Biography
Attorney Theodore Lesiak graduated cum laude from Ohio University in 1986. After receiving his law degree cum laude from the University of Akron in 1989, he was admitted to the Ohio bar and accepted a judicial clerkship for the Honorable Daniel B. Quillin the Ohio Court of Appeals, Ninth Appellate District. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, U.S. District Court – Northern District of Ohio and Western District of Michigan, U.S. Court of Appeals – Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Attorney Lesiak has represented numerous municipal entities over the past sixteen years including the County of Medina, Ohio, the Villages of Seville, Lodi, and Chippewa Lake, and Guilford Township in Medina County, Ohio. His practice focuses on municipal and government law, corporate and commercial law, civil litigation, real estate and development, personal injury and domestic relations.
He is a member of the American, Ohio State and Medina County Bar Associations. |
