Business and Commercial Law
The firm assists clients in all aspects of business and commercial law from debt collection to human resource management.  Our knowledge encompasses various business types from sole proprietorships to large corporate entities.  We assist in all types of contracting, asserting rights as creditors, and establishing liens, as well as advising on employment matters and employee benefits.  When necessary, we have substantial experience in asserting our business clients’ rights in the state and federal courts.

Civil Litigation
The firm assists all types of clients with all types of legal matters from the individual to large business entities in the state and federal courts.  Our attorneys have practical experience in the trial, appellate and Supreme Court levels.  We also have substantial experience in representing clients in alternative dispute resolution, such as mediation and arbitration. 

Probate and Estate Planning
The firm assists clients in all aspects of probate and estate planning from preparing a simple will or power of attorney to administering large estates and trusts.  We have experience in advising clients on the type of estate plans right for that particular client, which may involve insurance matters, business and estate succession and complex trusts.  We also help fiduciaries administer trusts and estates in the probate courts.  When necessary we have substantial experience in representing clients in probate litigation such as will contest matters or breach of fiduciary duty claims. 

Real Estate and Development
The firm assists clients in all aspects of real estate and development matters from simple residential land contracts to large commercial or industrial development.  We can assist in leasing, land acquisitions and sales, financing, government compliance, annexation, building contracts and tax abatement matters.  Our knowledge of government and zoning matters gives our clients a head start with their plans to assist them in reaching their development goals. 

Municipal and Government Law
The members of the firm have represented various government entities and currently represent two municipalities in Medina County, Ohio.  We assist our government clients with zoning and land use issues, legislation, contracting issues, financial issues, employment matters, litigation and loss control, and advise public officials in the performance of their duties.  We also advise private clients in their dealings with government and issues with government.

Personal Injury
The firm assists clients in all aspects of dealing with an unfortunate accident whether it results in injury to persons or property.  We have helped clients make small insurance claims to presenting a client’s case to a jury.  Our goal is to obtain the maximum award for our clients.

Domestic Relations Law
The firm assists our clients in all aspects of domestic relations and family law.  This includes divorce and dissolution, property division, child and spousal support, and child custody and visitation matters.  We represent clients in both domestic relations and juvenile court as well as children’s services matters.
